The New York Knicks were predictably in a lot of trouble last week, as they lost games to the Indiana Pacers and Chicago Bulls before knocking off the New Orleans Hornets over the weekend. After a couple of days off, a relatively thin week of play should result in some much better results over the weekend.
The Knicks start off the week on Thursday against the Detroit Pistons in Auburn Hills. Detroit is one of the worst teams in the league at just 14-24 SU and 17-21 ATS, and it was destroyed by New York 121-100 when these teams met back in November.
The week wraps up for the Knicks with a battle on the NBA odds against the Brooklyn Nets. Brooklyn holds the 2-1 ATS edge, but it has lost its last two games to New York since the first game that these two played in November. The Knicks won 100-86 at Madison Square Garden back on December 19th.
