It wasn’t pretty.

Despite the lopsided final score (27-11), the Jets and Bills played an extremely ugly first half of football. Mark Sanchez looked so bad that I began to wonder if the Jets would call on Mark Brunell. Thus, Sanchez got himself together at halftime and led 24-point second half charge including a beautiful touchdown pass to the controversial Santonio Holmes. The Jets held Fred Jackson to just 82 yards on the ground and forced two Ryan Fitzpatrick interceptions. With the win, the Jets improve to 5-3 on the season and are tied with the Patriots atop the AFC East.
