What a win by the Giants.

I’ll take you back to Week 6. The Giants laid an absolute egg at home against the Seahawks. The defense looked horrible; the offense was stagnant. The Seattle game was one that the Giants should have won. This Sunday’s win in New England was completely unexpected. Playing without Ahmad Bradshaw, Hakeem Nicks, and David Baas, the Giants topped the Patriots 24-20 in Foxboro.

Eli Manning (250 yards, 1 TD) threw a last second touchdown pass to Jake Ballard to shock the Pats. Eli’s big play ability is always on full display against New England and this week was no different. Brandon Jacobs began to ran with some purpose as he chugged for 72 yards and 1 TD. Victor Cruz got the start for the dinged Nicks and compiled 91 yards. Mario Manningham added a touchdown and the Giant defense was able to force four New England turnovers. With the win, the G-Men improve to 6-2 and head to San Francisco this weekend to take on upstart 49ers.
