In what was a very forgetful weekend in Arlington, the Yankees were swept in the final game of this three-game set, 4-1. The Yankees only managed two hits off Cliff Lee. Lee, who has been limited by back trouble, completely dominated the Yanks today. The soon-to-be free agent threw eight innings of one-run ball. Dustin Moseley started the game for the Yanks and gave up four earned runs over 6 2/3 innings.

The good news for the Yanks is that the Rays lost and these two AL East powers will square off tomorrow night for a critical three-game set. There’s no need to go into detail about the game. The Yanks just need to show up tomorrow.
