This isn’t a Final Four Match-Up that Americans were expecting. However, citizens of Indianapolis can not wait for 6:07 on Saturday night.

The Match-Up: 6:07 PM Michigan State Spartans(28-8) vs. Butler Bulldogs(32-4)

The Butler campus is only seven miles away from Lucas Oil Stadium. Expect a crazy crowd on Saturday night. Butler enters this game on impressive run where they have knocked off Syracuse and Kansas State to make the Final Four. Butler relied on steady defense and aggressive rebounding in their win over Kansas State. Butler shot 47% from three point land and out rebounded the Wildcats, 36-27.

The Michigan State Spartans have played extremely well, even without star point guard, Kalin Lucas. Guard Durrell Summers scored 21 points in the team’s Elite 8 win over Tennessee. Senior Forward Raymar Morgan nailed a clutch foul shot to preserve the win. The Spartans are the country’s best rebounding team, something that should give the smallish Bulldogs problems.

This is Michigan State coach, Tom Izzo’s 6th Final Four in the last 12 years. He knows how to handle these games and he embraces the underdog role well. All of the pressure is on Butler. The school has never been to the Final Four and this game is in their backyard. Izzo’s squad will come out and take care of business before playing Duke on Monday night.

The Pick: Michigan State Spartans(28-8)

April Record: 2-0
